This ‘Natural Jewel’ offers a wonderful kayaking experience where you can paddle alongside native bush that meets the crystal, clear waters of the lake’s edge. Pristine white sand beaches provide opportunities to relax in a tranquil environment or, if you prefer, swim on a beach all to yourself.

Explore the beauty of Lake Rotoiti at your own pace. With an abundance of wildlife, a beautiful bush clad shore line and pockets of untamed thermal activity, Lake Rotoiti has a lot to offer.
Kayak across Lake Rotoiti and relax in hot thermal springs at Manupirua. These springs are located on the lake’s edge and can only be accessed by boat or kayak.
